FAQ

Do you offer custom service?

Yes. We offer OEM and ODM service. You could custom styles, fabric, size, label, hangtag and so on. If you think about custom something, pls feel free to contact us!

Can you handles small quantity?

Yes, We could MOQ is 100 pieces per size per design per style at least.

Can I order a samples?

Yes, welcome share your idea & thoughts. Be sure to provide a quality customer sample. Free sample only need courier fee.

How do we know the bulk production quality before shipping?

We have professional QC inspector, they will follow AQL 2.5 inspection standard to examine all goods. Then will offer the inspection report for you before shipping.

How about the label and packaing?

Just send your brand logo, goods will be followed as your special requirement if you want. Such as label, tag, polybag, box and so on. Also that must add your brand logo.

What is the delivery time?

Fit sample, design swatch and accessories time 3-7 days after confirm tech pack, repeat, artwork. Bulk is 35-45 days after confirm all.

How about shipping?

Shipping cost depends on the weight and CBM of your goods. If you have agent of fowarder, just let them contact us. If no, we have our own forwarder to arrange the shipping to door.

How about after sale service?

In order to improve the customer service experience, we are in 7X24 hours to serve your after-sale problems.
